JBC LOGISTICS is not liable for:

• Loss or damage due to improper packaging by the client
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays)
• Indirect or consequential losses

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• You breach these Terms or any service agreement
• You fail to make payments as agreed
• Your actions pose a risk to our operations or safety

You may terminate services by providing written notice as per your service agreement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
